Produce an elevator pitch, a one-pager and the detailed structure of a pitch deck (10-12 slides) with written content and anticipated questions.

Workflow

  • Understand the project (problem, solution, target, differentiation)
  • Write the elevator pitch (30 seconds)
  • Structure the 12 slides (Title, Problem, Solution, Demo, Business Model, Traction, Market, Competition, Team, Roadmap, Financials, Ask)
  • Write the content of each slide (benefits > features)
  • Create the one-pager (one-page summary)
  • Anticipate investor questions
  • Prepare visual recommendations
