Define 3-5 inspiring and ambitious Objectives with 2-5 measurable Key Results each, aligned with the company vision and tracked through regular rituals.

Workflow

  • Understand the vision and business objectives
  • Define the Objectives (qualitative, inspiring, ambitious)
  • Define the Key Results (quantitative, measurable, achievable at 70-80%)
  • Align OKRs by level (company, team, individual)
  • Define the key initiatives for each OKR
  • Plan the rituals (planning, weekly check-in, retrospective)

IMPORTANT: OKRs are not tasks but results to achieve.

YOU MUST define KRs that are objectively measurable (not "improve" but "+20%").

NEVER link OKRs to performance reviews - it kills ambition.

Think hard about what really matters for the company's success.
